Love this - I’ve really been enjoying writing more creatively lately and need to make some more time for drawing ✍️ oooh and I’m reading Small Bodies of Water at the moment - loving it 💙
Thank you Kat ❤️ it feels special to make time for it, doesn’t it? And I loved the book - so different to any other I’ve read, and I think that’s what I enjoyed about it!
I'm so glad I found this! It's exactly what I needed. I've just recently started commodifying my creativity and immediately felt the need for this practice of play. Hoping I can make it a weekly ritual if not a daily one to create space for free-play creativity! Thank you so much for writing this <3
I loved this so much and I also love a vision board and always have from cutting out pictures in magazines to create scrapbooks as a child to now creating a vision of all the things I love and inspire me. Thankyou for the reminder.
Creative play is so important, I had to relearn it and loved reading your article on it just now.
This year I dedicated each month to one type of creative activity, from gardening on my balcony, to painting, embroidery etc. things I have either not done since childhood or never done at all.
I have preached flow state through creativity in the business well-being space for years but really only “got” it this year, as I was dedicating so much time to it.
And to be honest it’s so nourishing and the impact on my mental and spiritual well-being has been huge ✨ so glad I found your substack :)

Thank you Caroline! It’s always nice to have a visual reminder of the things we want to bring into our life 🥰

It’s really good fun - I usually put some nice music on, light a candle ✨ have you made a vision board before?
Canva still counts ☺️ I recently made one on Canva to go on my desktop and I love seeing it every day!
Wow! 😍 that’s incredible! And I love the idea of a yoga cabin!
